Myrvann
A world in every cup
Drawing inspiration from the ancient history of medicine and wellness across three continents, we reintroduce cacao as a better alternative to coffee for creative energy and mental performance, a healthy alternative to sweets and delicious social lubricant.
Cacao as it once was:
☼ Grown in the forest
ௐ Adaptogenic mushroom
♅ Intact and nutritious
⌂ Ethical and sustainable

⋔ Not low in fat
Theobroma Cacao Organic
Cacao from untouched forests feels better. It must grow under large tree crowns in an ecosystem populated by birds, fruit trees, insects and wild plants. Not in monocultures dependent on pesticides and fertilizers. Cacao contains over 1,200 bioactive substances, including a number of psychotropic active substances, antioxidants and one of the most complete mineral compositions found in any plant. We want to preserve it as best as possible through short and gentle processing, from raw grains to bite. We are currently working with varieties from Nicaragua, Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala, Colombia and Venezuela. Bog water also consists of certain adaptive creatures that can act as a tuning fork for the nervous system, heart and brain.
Lions Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi and Chaga are mushrooms with adaptogenic properties and ancient traditions of oriental medicine, Siberia and the Nordic countries. We use the highest quality double fruit pulp extracts from Nyta.
Lions Mane - Hericium Erinaceus
A ball of white fur called “Piggsvinsopp” in Norwegian; also grows wild in Norway, but is listed here on the red list and its collection is prohibited. It is called the truffle of the Orient; it is also a sought-after culinary mushroom. But as an ingredient in Myrvann, that’s not the point. We use an extract that contains a group of substances very beneficial for cognitive health and performance such as promotes neuron regeneration and myelination of nerve pathways. - Keep your head up
Reishi - Ganoderma Lucidum
The mushroom of immortality Another wood mushroom whose function is mainly focused on the immune system and the functioning of the organs. It can help reduce stress, increase the body's resistance to viruses and infections, improve sleep, and increase mental clarity with its antioxidant, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Chaga
Known and appreciated in the northern forests as well as in Siberia and the Orient. Contains very powerful antioxidants and beta D glucans that regulate immune function, strengthen liver function and cell regeneration.
Cordyceps
Mushroom rich in tradition and widely used in Chinese medicine. Used e.g. improved breathing for altitude sickness, lung problems and in high performance athletes to increase endurance and strength. Indeed, it increases the production of ATP – the energy molecule of cells, as well as the absorption of oxygen.
