- find a suitable place to work
- construction and/or geobiological adaptation of exterior (land) and interior (building) structures
- development of energy resources favoring a maximum capacity for autonomy
- development of human resources with multiple essences working for the Well-Being of Life 
- development of sectors collaborating in a holistic development of the human potential
